We have a long-established and strong relationship with the Irish hospitality industry and will use this to provide the most suitable accommodation options for your conference. Real-time online accommodation booking is an integral part of our service.

Funding and sponsorship
We assist you in sourcing and negotiating sponsorship for your conference. Our in-house Exhibition and Sponsorship Manager will support you in optimising the revenue from conference sponsorship and industry participation in your event. This includes the initial drafting of proposals and the negotiation and delivery of agreements.

Financial management
Our project managers work with you in this critical area. Providing you with advice and financial updates at regular intervals, we guarantee full transparency and clarity in your conference finances; we are happy to assume full responsibility for the financial success of your event.

Exhibition management
We handle everything, from bookings to stand requirements, sales and organisation. From conception to completion, we can organise the A-Z of your exhibition, including the layout and floorplan, space sale, coordination of booking contracts and venue logistics.

Printing requirements
Our In-house Design & Print Department can manage your entire graphic and copywriting needs. Stationery, press releases, advertisements, brochures, posters, customised merchandising and exhibition graphics can all be designed or adapted by our designer, specifically for your event.

Our fully networked, state-of-the-art computer system and software are custom-designed for conference management. We can provide you with a fully customised online registration system for your conference with comprehensive reports on a regular basis. Features include secure e-commerce payment processing, personalised broadcast confirmation emails, and the ability for conference attendees to view and edit their data on-line.

Publicity and promotion
Direct mail, advertising, telemarketing and internet marketing capabilities. The importance of correct and timely publicity for your event cannot be underestimated.
